THE DETAILS How to Order We specialize in small batch, made-to-order treats—crafted with care and plenty of notice! To secure your custom order, please allow at least 4-6 weeks' notice. A $25 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your date. The remaining balance is due two weeks prior to your pick-up or delivery. Need to cancel? If you cancel more than 14 days before your event, your deposit will be converted to in-store credit. Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled date are not eligible for refund or credit transfer. Pick-up & Handling You're welcome to send a trusted friend or family member to pick up your order—just make sure they know the name the order is under so we can locate it easily. Pick-up times are flexible to suit your event needs. We recommend picking up your order 3-4 hours before your event for best results. For peak freshness, we suggest serving your treats the same day. If your event is the next day, we'll package items in separate boxes—one for refrigerated items and one for room temperature storage. Set Up While we don't offer stand rentals directly, we proudly partner with Power of Love Rentals for all your dessert display needs. Please refer to their brochure for current rental options and availability. At this time, we do not offer delivery or set-up for dessert bars—these items are pick-up only. Be sure to plan accordingly so your setup goes smoothly! Customization Just like with our cupcake packages, you can add on a 6" cutting cake if you'd like a special centerpiece moment. The flavors listed on our menu are our most popular, but we love to get creative! If you're dreaming of something different, just ask!
